Does Animal Traks offer wholesale pricing to retailers?
Yes. We offer wholesale pricing as well as a retail POS display with integrated UV lights.
How does the color change ink work?
Photochromatic, or color-changing, inks are specially formulated inks that change from a clear state to a vibrant color when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) sunlight. All of our products use a combination of standard screen printing inks and our special color changing inks to provide the maximum color-change effect. The color appears in 10 seconds or less, depending on the sunlight intensity, and fades to clear when removed from sunlight.
How do I care for my color changing products?
The color changing Animal Traks t-shirts are cared for just like a normal printed t shirt. The only exception is Animal Traks t-shirts cannot be bleached. Washing the t-shirt with bleach will damage the color changing ink.

Animal Traks is a socially responsible company because we value children and animals. We desire to assist in improving the living conditions and opportunities of children and help preserve the environments of animals worldwide. We do this by donating 10% of our profits to carefully selected non-profit organizations that improve the lives of children and protect animals.
What types of payment does Animal Traks accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google Checkout, and Cashier's Checks.
Do I need a PayPal account or Google Checkout account to place an order?
No. You are not required to have a PayPal account to order from Animal Traks.PayPal is Animal Traks authorized payment processor. Simply click on "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here" when you begin the check-out process and you will go directly to the credit card payment processing. For Google Checkout, you will need sign up for an account.
Does Animal Traks save any of my credit card information?
No. In fact, Animal Traks never sees it. Both PayPal and Google Checkout protect your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal or Google Checkout, your financial information is not shared with Animal Traks. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
How will my Animal Traks order be shipped?
Your order from the Animal Traks store will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation number. For our wholesale customers, we can ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers if needed.
What is the Animal Traks return policy?
Animal Traks wants our customers to be completely satisfied with your order. Returns within 15 days of purchase can be returned by contacting us for a return authorization (Contact Customer Service at 800-992-6567 x 3). All returns must be in resellable condition, or a refund will not be issued. For custom orders, refunds are only issued if the merchandise is damaged upon delivery. Shipping cost on non-damaged returned items is the responsibility of the customer.

All personal information collected during a purchase is only for Animal Traks use. No information is shared or sold to anyone else. We will contact you via email to notify you that your order was recieved and product was shipped. Additionally, you may occasionally recieve email from Animal Traks, but will be given the opportunity to not be contacted. If you subscribe to our Animal Traks newsletter, submit information on our contact form, or email a friend our Web site using our site tools, the information is not shared or sold to anyone else.
