How does the color change ink work?
Photochromatic, or color-changing, inks are specially formulated inks that change from a clear state to a vibrant color when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) sunlight. All of our products use a combination of standard screen printing inks and our special color changing inks to provide the maximum color-change effect. The color appears in 10 seconds or less, depending on the sunlight intensity, and fades to clear when removed from sunlight.

How do I care for my color changing products?
The color changing Animal Traks t-shirts are cared for just like a normal printed t shirt. The only exception is Animal Traks t-shirts cannot be bleached. Washing the t-shirt with bleach will damage the color changing ink.

Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?
No. You are not required to have a PayPal account to order from Animal Traks.PayPal is Animal Traks authorized payment processor. Simply click on "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here" when you begin the check-out process and you will go directly to the credit card payment processing.

Does Animal Traks save any of my credit card information?
No. In fact, Animal Traks never sees it. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with Animal Traks. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

How will my Animal Traks order be shipped?
Shipping depends on the quantity of items ordered. Animal Traks uses the most efficient and cost effective shipping for our customers. A delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you after the order is processed. We have partnered with UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). For UPS and FedEx, we will use our customer's shipping number if requested. Please contact us if you have special needs and we will make arrangements for your order.

What is the Animal Traks return policy?
Animal Traks wants our customers to be completely satisfied with your order. Returns within 30 days of purchase can be returned by contacting us for a return authorization. All returns must be in resellable condition, or a refund will not be issued. For custom orders, refunds are only issued if the merchandise is damaged upon delivery.

What is the Animal Traks privacy policy?
All personal information collected during a purchase is only for Animal Traks use. No information is shared or sold to anyone else. We will contact you via email to notify you that your order was recieved and product was shipped. Additionally, you may occasionally recieve email from Animal Traks, but will be given the opportunity to not be contacted. If you subscribe to our Animal Traks newsletter, submit information on our contact form, or email a friend our Web site using our site tools, the information is not shared or sold to anyone else.

Does Animal Traks offer custom branding for organizations such as zoos, wildlife parks and other organizations?
